AISO is a profile, scan, and agent-readable file foundation. Users are responsible for the accuracy of published profile content, offers, links, payment terms, and any source material they provide. Below is the operating contract between AISO and account holders.
You agree to keep account credentials private, to not share or transfer access, and to use AISO only for content you own or have the right to publish. AISO may suspend accounts that violate this clause, infringe third-party rights, or operate at a scale that materially degrades shared infrastructure.
Scores, scans, files, and payment states displayed publicly must reflect persisted records or verified integrations — never static claims. AISO is allowed to remove content found to fabricate readiness signals, citations, prices, or capabilities.
Stripe checkout and x402 USDC settlements operate per their respective Stripe / Coinbase / Base mainnet rules. Refunds are handled through Stripe; on-chain USDC settlements are non-reversible once confirmed on Base. See the x402 descriptor for live mode + binding status.
Public profile machine surfaces (profile.json, agents.json, MCP) are open for agent use. Per-IP and per-profile rate limits apply; abusive or scraping use that bypasses them may result in IP-level blocks. Public chat is intentionally CORS-open for grounded agent use.
HOSTUP, Cloudflare, Supabase, TOOLBOX, Stripe, Privy, and model providers can affect availability and feature behavior. AISO provides no uptime SLA at this tier; large accounts can request a written SLA via support.
Your data is yours. Export and delete flows live at /app/settings; deletions enter a 30-day soft-delete window before hard removal. See the Privacy Policy.
No malware, no targeted harassment, no facilitation of fraud or money laundering, no impersonation, no scraping of others' profiles for non-agent use. Use the profile's structured surface — that's what it's for.
Disputes are governed by the laws of the operator's registered jurisdiction. EEA / UK consumers retain statutory rights regardless of this clause. Notice of any claim should be sent to legal@aiso.tools before escalation.
AISO may revise these terms. Material changes are surfaced in-app on first sign-in after the update; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
